Welcome to eFit! Complete these tasks in your first week to set yourself up for success.
Day 1: Account Setup

Ensure your LMS username matches exactly what's in your school system.
☐ Connect your fitness tracker
Link your Fitbit, Google Fit, or Garmin account. Grant all requested permissions.
☐ Verify your first sync
Check that your activity data appears in eFit within a few hours of connecting.
Day 2-3: Explore Your Dashboard
☐ Review your course modules
Browse the educational content available in your course.
☐ Check your assignments
Note due dates for fitness assessments, activity tracking, and other requirements.
☐ Understand your ExerDays requirement
Know how many active days per week count toward your grade (typically 5).
Day 4-5: Build Your Routine
☐ Sync your tracker daily
Open your fitness app each day to ensure data transfers to eFit.
☐ Log your first activities
Start building your activity history. Remember, only your top ExerDays count!
☐ Explore gamification features
Check out badges, leaderboards, and educational games.
Day 6-7: Verify Everything Works
☐ Confirm a week of data
Verify that your daily activity is being recorded accurately.
☐ Check your grade preview
Visit the Grades section to see how your first week is tracking.
☐ Know where to get help
Bookmark the Help section and Knowledge Base for future reference.
