Google Fit Activity Is Showing on Your Phone but Not in eFit

Use these steps when your Google Fit app shows activity on your phone, but that activity is not appearing in eFit, even after you have attempted to sync eFit.

This usually means eFit is connected to a different Google account than the one being used in the Google Fit app.

Reconnect Google Fit to eFit

1. Log Out of Google Fit

On your phone, open the Google Fit app and log out of the currently connected Google account.

2. Disconnect Google Fit From eFit

  1. Log in to eFit.
  2. Select Sync Tracker.
  3. Select Unsync Fitness Tracker.

3. Log Back Into Google Fit

  1. Open the Google Fit app on your phone.
  2. Log in to the Google account that contains your fitness activity.
  3. Carefully note the email address or username used to log in.

4. Connect eFit to the Same Google Fit Account

  1. Return to eFit.
  2. Select Sync Tracker.
  3. Select Sync Fitness Tracker.

  4. When prompted to sign in through Google, select the exact same Google account currently logged into the Google Fit app.
  5. Approve the requested permissions and complete the connection.

Important: eFit can only retrieve activity from the Google account selected during the eFit connection process. If you choose a different account, your Google Fit activity may remain visible on your phone but will not appear in eFit.
