Viewing Your Analysis

After submitting a journal entry, you'll see a results page with:

Journal Entry Card

  • Your original text
  • Date and time of entry
  • Option to edit (within 15 minutes)

AI Insights Card

  • Personalized coaching reflections
  • Supportive feedback based on your content

Mood Card

  • The emoji mood you selected
  • Visual representation of your self-reported state

Sentiment Analysis Card

  • Label: Positive, Neutral, or Negative
  • Numerical sentiment score
  • Keywords identified in your writing

Activity-Mood Correlation

Over time, the system analyzes the relationship between:

  • Your physical activity (steps, workouts)
  • Your emotional state (journal mood and sentiment)

This helps you understand how exercise impacts your mental wellness.
