Using the Reflection Journal

The PocketAI Journal helps you reflect on your fitness journey and mental wellness. Record your thoughts, track your mood, and receive AI-powered insights.

Creating a Journal Entry

  1. Navigate to Journal from your dashboard
  2. Click New Entry or Create Entry
  3. Write your reflection in the text area
  4. Select your current mood using the emoji buttons
  5. Click Submit to save and analyze your entry

Mood Selection

Choose the emoji that best represents how you feel:

  • Awesome - Feeling great, on top of the world
  • Happy - Positive, good mood
  • Neutral - Neither good nor bad
  • Bad - Not feeling well
  • Sad - Feeling down or upset

Writing Prompts

Not sure what to write? Use these guided prompts:

  • Reflect on activities: What workouts did you do? How did they make you feel?
  • Track your progress: Have you noticed changes in strength or endurance?
  • Explore nutrition: How has your diet supported your goals?
  • Mind-body connection: How has your mental state affected performance?
  • Set intentions: What are your short and long-term fitness goals?

Voice Input

Prefer speaking to typing? Use the voice input feature:

  1. Click the microphone icon
  2. Speak your thoughts clearly
  3. Your words will be transcribed automatically
  4. Edit as needed before submitting

Fullscreen Mode

For distraction-free writing, click the fullscreen toggle to expand the journal editor.

Viewing Past Entries

Access your journal history to review past reflections, mood patterns, and AI insights over time.
