The eFit Community Hub features specialized discussion spaces for different types of conversations. Here's how to participate.

Community Spaces

Each space has a unique purpose:

Creating Posts

  1. Navigate to Community Hub
  2. Select a space
  3. Click New Post or New Topic
  4. Add a title (for topics) and your content
  5. Submit your post

Post Types

  • Topic: Start a new discussion thread (min 50 characters)
  • Reply: Respond to an existing topic (min 20 characters)
  • Check-in: Quick status update with preset options
  • Reflection: Post-workout processing
  • Tip: Share knowledge with others

Voting on Posts

Help surface quality content by voting:

  • Helpful: Found the post useful
  • Insightful: Shows good insight
  • Encouraging: Motivating content

Vote limit: 50 votes per day

Daily Posting Limits

To maintain quality, each space has daily limits (typically 3-5 posts per day per space).
