Community Spaces
Each space has a unique purpose:

Creating Posts
- Navigate to Community Hub
- Select a space
- Click New Post or New Topic
- Add a title (for topics) and your content
- Submit your post
Post Types
- Topic: Start a new discussion thread (min 50 characters)
- Reply: Respond to an existing topic (min 20 characters)
- Check-in: Quick status update with preset options
- Reflection: Post-workout processing
- Tip: Share knowledge with others
Voting on Posts
Help surface quality content by voting:
- Helpful: Found the post useful
- Insightful: Shows good insight
- Encouraging: Motivating content
Vote limit: 50 votes per day
Daily Posting Limits
To maintain quality, each space has daily limits (typically 3-5 posts per day per space).
