eFit provides 8 comprehensive modules covering essential fitness and wellness topics. Each module includes an interactive eBook, PowerPoint slides, and videos.

What Each Module Contains

Getting Started

  1. Log in to your eFit account
  2. Click Modules in the navigation
  3. You'll see a table showing all 8 modules with your progress
  4. Click any module row or use the Course Menu button to access content

Tracking Your Progress

The Modules page shows your status for each module:

  • Read Time: Estimated reading time in minutes
  • Completed: Checkmark when you've marked the module as read
  • Bookmarked: Indicates if you've saved your place
  • Notes: Number of notes you've taken
