Getting Started
- Log in to your eFit account
- Click Modules in the navigation
- You'll see a table showing all 8 modules with your progress
- Click any module row or use the Course Menu button to access content
Tracking Your Progress
The Modules page shows your status for each module:
- Read Time: Estimated reading time in minutes
- Completed: Checkmark when you've marked the module as read
- Bookmarked: Indicates if you've saved your place
- Notes: Number of notes you've taken
