Editing Your Profile in the eFit App

Keep your profile information accurate to ensure eFit calculates your points correctly. Your age, in particular, affects your maximum heart rate calculation.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Open the eFit app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Edit Profile

Profile Information

You can update the following:

  • Age: Used to calculate your maximum heart rate
  • Gender: Male or Female
  • Height: In centimeters (cm) or feet (ft)
  • Weight: In kilograms (kg) or pounds (lbs)

Changing Your Weight

  1. Go to Settings → Edit Profile
  2. Find the Weight section
  3. Use the wheel picker to select your weight
  4. Tap Save Changes when done

Switching Between Units

You can easily switch between metric and imperial units:

  • Weight: Tap kg or lbs to switch
  • Height: Tap cm or ft to switch

The wheel picker automatically updates to show values in your selected unit.

Why Accurate Information Matters

  • Age: Determines your maximum heart rate zones (younger = higher max HR)
  • Height/Weight: May be used for activity calorie estimates

Saving Changes

After making any updates, always tap Save Changes to ensure your new information is stored.
