Using the eFit Mobile App

The eFit mobile app allows you to track your daily activity, view your points, and sync data from your fitness devices through Health Connect.

Home Dashboard

When you open the app, you'll see your Home Dashboard with:

  • Welcome Header: Displays your name
  • Date Navigation: Scroll through dates to view past activity
  • Activity Metrics:
    • Steps (current / goal)
    • Heart Rate (current BPM)
    • Points (earned / daily goal of 100)

Viewing Different Days

Use the date navigation bar at the top to view your activity history:

  1. Tap Today to open the date dropdown
  2. Scroll horizontally to see recent dates
  3. Tap any date to view that day's activity

Refreshing Data

The app automatically refreshes health data every 30 seconds while on the Home screen. You can also manually refresh by tapping the refresh icon in the app bar.

Settings

Access Settings to:

  • Connect or disconnect Health Connect
  • Configure points calculation preferences
  • Edit your profile information
  • Learn how points work
  • View FAQs
